Video Summary Transcript.
Talk about some of the problems that we face. So what is Candida and what do we need to do about it. The first process is to look at what you eat.I was the poster child for Candida. “In my own Journey, I had multiple sclerosis at 24,and Epstein-Barr at 18. I had over 100 antibiotics and was a sugar addict by 18” When I look back I probably think it was at 18 that I had my first Multiple sclerosis episode.
I followed this program of no sugar and [gluten] for a year, which made me feel better.

This book names the Yeast Connection by Dr William Cook, fell into my lap, and I took this questionnaire and I almost cried because I realised what was happening to me.

What is it about sugar that can effect Candida growth? Sugar is probably the very first thing that you need to eliminate. It is the most destructive chemical that we have ever invented. It feeds everything and it weakens the immune system. Pull the liquid sugar (alcohol) and then processed sugar and understand the effect of [gluten on your body].

If you can just do that you are going to feel shifts and changes in the body. To go further, you start to remove the dairy products, they are inflammatory, very congestive, asthma, sinus, Ear infections, any upper respiratory issues. [Gluten] is a huge issue today. Its not the same seeds that we were using 30 years ago, they are now modified. The gluten is very inflammatory, it corrupts the villus in the intestinal tract. Increase food allergy and candida overgrowth.
Clean up the diet first.
